About the event

Alexander Graham Bell (AGB) is infamous as the inventor of the telephone for patenting it first in the U.S. But was even the first to make one? His patent rings a bell but not sure if that means he is the inventor or not.

In this live we will explore how I learned AGB didn't actually make the phone, what I thought I knew before, and what I found out after. I will be streaming my earlier work and providing further commentary on prior material.

Previous AGB phone material covered in this live:

1. My Deaf History Lesson Part 6: Alexander Graham Bell & the Telephone

2. Alexander Graham Bell Didn't Even Mean to Make a Telephone

3. Did Alexander Graham Bell even invent the telephone?
