About the event

Alexander Graham Bell (AGB) is beloved to hearing people for being credited as the inventor of the telephone. Little do they know he might be weaponizing their business against the Deaf community. Want to find out more about AGB's involvement in eugenics against Deaf culture? Check out his memoir published in 1883 by the National Academy of Sciences.

Dive into the horrors of hearsplaining as well as the overarching history and ideology behind not only how but also why hearing people continue to dismiss Deaf...

Alexander Graham Bell: an Innovative Genius or a Sinister Force Behind Deaf Oppression?

Dramatic reading, critique, and commentary on AGB's "Memoir Upon the Formation of a Deaf Variety of the Human Race"

The goal of this live is to go over the rest of the book AGB wrote. If time allows I will also do further reaction to and explanation of content about AGB I have already published. If I run out of time, I will schedule additional lives to continue reading the memoir and/or review previous AGB commentary.

View my Alexander Graham Bell playlist for further context.
