The Support Group involves access to Deaf Child's Discord server for having a team available to you to troubleshoot problems.

The difference between the Discord server and a private group portal: the Discord server can be accessed by all site members, affiliates, guests, plus some friends and family of the team; your private group portal can only be accessed by your team and Deaf Child team members assigned to your case.
