This program is beneficial for both neurodivergent and neurotypical people working in corporate. This program includes all you need to know as a neurotypical person to start implementing accommodations and understanding not just what to do, but how and why. Much of these topics are concepts that neurodivergent people are well familiar with, but this course may still be useful processing for applying past experience to future self advocacy. This program provides a strategic roadmap for neurodivergent and disabled professionals to navigate the corporate landscape. It details how to turn cognitive differences, such as hyperfocus and pattern recognition, into professional strengths. Participants will learn how to advocate for accommodations, manage environmental overstimulation, and communicate with stakeholders about the specific productivity benefits of flexible work. By addressing the root causes of masking and access fatigue, the course shows how to build a sustainable career path that leads to executive leadership while maintaining performance and mental health.
