White Supremacist Musician Greg Zola Claims Fraudulent Copyright Ownership of Indigenous Issues & His Racist Remarks

The latest weaponization of colonialism for white supremacists such as musician Greg Zola is to claim copyright when someone impacted by his extreme racism shares screenshots of what he said.
How can a musician be this ignorant about copyright law and fair use?
He is good enough as a musician to blend with others but he doesn't have enough talent, discipline, technical skill, or industry knowledge to make it on his own... Which explains why could he be this uninformed about fair use law if he is not intentionally making fraudulent legal claims of copyright ownership on Indigenous content he didn't create.
In fact when people who have actual experience try to educate him, he goes out of his way to act like he knows more than someone who has lived experience he doesn't have about that person or community's lived experience.
For example I tried to correct him as a woman of Native descent why his words about Indigenous community were offensive to us. His response has been nothing but blatant racism.
From gaslighting to deflecting to doubling down, Greg Zola has insisted he as a white man knows more than an Indigenous woman about being an Indigenous ally and retelling Indigenous trauma or teachings.
Now after I shared screenshots of what he said he claims copyright ownership of Indigenous content where he is not the original creator of the racism he says, but he is regurgitating racism against Native community that for me triggers my intergenerational issues from the genocide of my family and community by Greg Zola's community who continues to perpetuate Indigenous erasure.
After I shared screenshots of everything he said to me in a YouTube video that will be shared here, white supremacist Greg Zola struck my YouTube with a copyright notice for sharing his racism towards me as copyright ownership.
Instead of taking accountability for his racism Gregory Zola is trying to lie his way out and make false legal claims to cover up his wrongdoings to Native people. White supremacists such as Greg Zola trying to pretend like they aren't racist doesn't make them any less disturbing.
He literally is not impacted by any of this. Greg Zola cares more about silencing Natives than addressing his racism. He doesn't care he is dangerous to be around. He doesn't care he is encouraging Native genocide. He doesn't care he is part of Indigenous erasure. He cares about making me stop talking about the harm he caused more than about not causing harm. He even lied on legal documentation to take down me sharing evidence of his racism.
According to Merriam Webster a white supremacist is "a person who believes that the white race is inherently superior to other races and that white people should have control over people of other races." A white man who: 1. could actually believe he is entitled to own copyright to Indigenous issues he didn't create only spreads, 2. may have knowingly made a false legal claim to Native discussion to silence a Native woman, 3. thinks he knows more than an Indigenous descent woman about Indigenous issues, and 4. is going out of his way to center his white bias over Indigenous people on Indigenous issues, is the very definition of a white supremacist. If you are an Indigenous person you are not safe around Greg Zola. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/white%20supremacist
Also to any musician who sees this, if Greg Zola will claim copyright on Indigenous issues after making racist comments to an Indigenous person, imagine what copyright issues you might have if you ever collaborate with him. Protect yourself. Protect your art. Never collaborate with someone who falsifies copyright claims on material he didn't come up with. It's one thing to give people a chance, but once they show you who they are, believe them. For those who associate with this white supremacist, remember your community is a reflection of who you are. If you are comfortable in white supremacist spaces you are identifying as a white supremacist as well. Stay safe.
Screenshots are broken down into context of conversation (#1-6), the blatant racism as/when it happened (#7-16), and Greg's choice to claim copyright ownership of his racism against me and against all Native people (#17-20). Pics of my parents, twin, and I are below that along with my concluding thoughts.
Updates to come: I will be adding a video of a reading ASAP along with captioning the words in the screenshots for accessibility as soon as I am able. Will also update either this or another post if anything new occurs as well.

Where the racism against Indigenous people begins:
*Note - Chichimeca as a label is known for being a slur used against Nahua community. Many in the community do identify as Chichimeca. Others do see it as a slur. This is one of many reasons it is extremely harmful for people who are not Nahua to speak on that history. The name comes from being portrayed as barbaric. It refers to the people as of dog lineage in a spiteful way. Please always respect each person's identity, approach the subject with care, and be understanding of any triggers associated with the conversation. Greg claims copyright ownership of discussion of Indigenous erasure
I only shared and reacted to the screenshots shown # 1 - 16 in this video which is what Greg Zola is claiming is his copyright. In these screenshots we discussed the discrimination Greg is spreading about Indigenous issues. He claims his racist remarks and our conversation on Indigenous trauma is his copyright, even though nothing that was said was an idea that he was the first creator of. He was only regurgitating white supremacist ideology.

For a white man to claim copyright ownership of Indigenous trauma is in and of itself pure hatred and discrimination for all Indigenous people. People like Greg Zola are why we are still struggling to fight Indigenous erasure. He doesn't care that indigenous erasure is a main facet of our genocide which he is helping to carry out. He simply only cares about continuing to colonize Indigenous spaces. Why else would he claim copyright on Indigenous discussion? Makes me sick to my stomach to think about.
IF YOUR ANCESTORS DON'T LOOK LIKE MY FATHER DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT INDIGENOUS HISTORY OF AMERICA.
